When Dylan Moses committed to play football at LSU when starting the ninth grade, he was a phenom. Now we’re starting to see just how impressive his athleticism can be as he continues to mature.
The videos you see here were taken during one of the Baton Rouge native’s recent workout sessions, where he focused solely on his footwork. In each of the three videos you see here Moses is training as a ball carrier, building up skills with a variety of different drills. Speed cones? No problem. Low hurdles to work on high knees? Sounds fun. Flat out sprints with a bouncing medicine ball as an obstacle? Enticing.
Moses’ entire workout is sweat-inducing Mel Kiper dream fuel, with a superlative physical specimen with oodles of potential showcasing what comes naturally … and proving that he has a lot more that comes naturally than most people.
The truth is we have no idea if Moses will even complete his high school career let along excel as a collegian. What we now do know is that if he does fall short as an NCAA stud, it won’t be for lack of physical ability.
